 consists
of diversified, professional staff, including former Iliff preschool students,
college graduates and early childhood specialists. Each staff member is
involved in on-site training programs, as well as outside professional
activities and workshops. All teachers are trained in CPR/First Aid and
Universal Precautions, in addition to early childhood growth and development.
Small classes and low staff/child ratios are stressed and parental participation
is encouraged. |
